Silicone valves, also known as One way valves, pressure relief valves, air flow valves, rubber check valves, which are used to facilitate a unidirectional flow of fluid, thus controlling air &liquid flow in one direction and back flow in the opposite direction. One-way check valves include umbrella valves, duckbill valves, membrane valves, flapper valves and diaphragm valves, etc.

Silicone Umbrella Valves

Silicone umbrella valves, also known as mushroom valve or umbrella valve seals are used for sealing and controlling the one-way flow of air or fluid happened in some medical and automation equipments. Umbrella valves are produced from a wide variety of rubber compounds, and generally made from medical grade or food grade silicone or LSR materials, or EPDM, NBR etc.

How it works

For one-way umbrella check valve, the main function of it is to allow fluid, either a liquid or a gas, to flow through it in only one direction, so as to achieve the effect of pressure relief and sealing.
